Drawings, specifications, engineering formulas, machinery and equipment do not build buildings. Buildings are designed and built by people and it is people that really make the difference when it comes to deliver a finished building. Lintel has the best people in the industry and it is not by accident, we work very hard at it.
Over the years, we have invested substantial amounts of time, effort and money in recruiting, developing and facilitating the sustained growth of our people.
And we live that philosophy. It includes a superb group of subcontractors who have worked with us for many years, a key part of the Lintel team that allows us to achieve world-class quality. Our subs, our engineers and architects, our job superintendents and our owners make it a point to attend seminars, courses and conventions every year to make sure that we stay current and up to date.

Sandra, a Business major from Juarez University, is the mother of three daughters and one son. Her oldest daughter is about to finish her undergraduate work to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Management, while her youngest one is busy at kindergarten.
After starting as Purchasing clerk in 1988, she is presently in charge of Purchasing for the entire company, responsible for buying all kinds of materials and supplies both in México and the United States.
Sandra enjoys reading, particularly a good novel; likes to walk and play with her son and is really fond of good food.
She likes working at Lintel because there is “a very friendly atmosphere and people are most considerate”.
If Sandra ever quits working, she would like to try her luck running a place for children’s parties.
