People
Drawings, specifications, engineering formulas, machinery and equipment do not build buildings. Buildings are designed and built by people and it is people that really make the difference when it comes to deliver a finished building. Lintel has the best people in the industry and it is not by accident, we work very hard at it. Over the years, we have invested substantial amounts of time, effort and money in recruiting, developing and facilitating the sustained growth of our people.
And we live that philosophy. It includes a superb group of subcontractors who have worked with us for many years, a key part of the Lintel team that allows us to achieve world-class quality. Our subs, our engineers and architects, our job superintendents and our owners make it a point to attend seminars, courses and conventions every year to make sure that we stay current and up to date.
And it is that team who interacts with and keeps clients happy. Meet some of them:
